New Factors

Due to a positive response from my previous post, I have done a lot more research into sourcing reduced cost insurers and worked on how to improve every aspect of property management. I am now looking to find out exactly how many owners would be keen to replace our existing factor should we find an alternative that is mutually agreeable, reduced cost and will undoubtably improve the entire development.

Once we have the majority of the development in agreement, we can look further into better options, put it to the comittee and move forward from there.
By emailing, it will be kept confidential and will not tie anyone into a contract- it is simply to compile a list of owners who may be interested to change the factor if a better option is available.

I currently have 46 names of owners who are keen, however, we would need about 134 owners to agree to make things work.
